iPhone XS Camera Review - Does it Better Than iPhone X Camera?

Previous year iPhone X and the brand new iPhone XS is much similar on the outside. But Apple continuously promoting that the new iPhone XS battery, camera, performances are different. So we used two devices and tested which one is the better especially dual camera of the two devices. Here we are discussing outcome we get from our little experiment, iPhone XS Camera review.

Over the years camera quality is the main feature of Apple devices. So same as previous years, this year also Apple is proudly talking feature of their new iPhone XS is the dual camera. They continuously promoting it by sharing pictures taken from it. Is it true that they say?

According to Apple iPhone XS camera review, the iPhone X take good pictures but iPhone XS takes better pictures.

My iPhone XS Camera Review

The dual 12-megapixel camera may be same. But there are some significant differences in the image processing and detailed specs which make huge differences in the quality of the shots.

I took pictures from both iPhone X and the XS the same features but in the devices, the two images didn't seem to big differences. But reviewing those pics on computer surprisingly I sew more improvements in iPhone XS pictures.

Portrait mode: More options on the iPhone XS

The portrait mode was introduced by iPhone X and in the iPhone, XS has more portrait options. It lets you adjust the blur level but you should know that Samsung Android devices had this option a long time ago.

And this portrait mode is available on both front and back cameras. Even if both devices capture same looking images in-depth view iPhone XS camera captures bit more detail than X.

Smart HDR

iPhone XS camera includes smart HDR which helps capture more shadows and details in pictures.  Also, this technique is useful to take quality pictures even in the low light environment or the brighter environment. This is especially effective when taking portrait mode pictures. But when this smart HDR turned off the both iPhone X and iPhone X camera are no different.

General photos

You will not notice a huge difference between iPhone X or iPhone XS camera especially when in good lighting environment.

Video

iPhone XS video quality range up to 30fps. So videos are much better in iPhone XS. when using smart HDR shooting videos even in low light or high light is more quality.

According to my iPhone XS camera review experiment, the iPhone XS or X camera doesn't have that many differences in quality. But the new iPhone XS camera includes new features like smart HDR which help to capture more clear pictures.
